Mr. Sutton has provided legal representation to employers and workers alike in the employment law area. He has assisted employees collecting unpaid wages and statutory damages. However, he has also assisted employers in defending against these same claims, as well as claims for discrimination, overtime, and sexual harassment. One example was a successful defense through a jury trial of claims of alleged workers’ compensation discrimination and related tort claims. Mr. Sutton has also assisted several employers in the aftermath of employee embezzlement.

Mr. Sutton’s practice in this area is currently limited to assisting workers collecting unpaid wages and statutory damages on wage claims.
